The 90-minute initial assessment

One unhurried visit, then a written plan

We don’t replace your primary care provider. We add time, education and a clear set of next steps to the care you already have.

Your personalized wellness report and action plan arrives within 7–10 business days of your visit.

Before your appointment

    After you book, we email your intake form and instructions.

  2. Share your history and labs

    Complete the intake and upload recent labs, medications and supplements through the secure link we send.

  3. We review before we meet

    Your provider reviews everything ahead of your 90-minute visit.

  4. Meet by video

    We meet virtually for your in-depth consultation.

Fee schedule

Clear prices, paid at the time of service

Whole Me Care consulting is self-pay, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

  • Initial whole health assessment $397

    90 minutes. Full evaluation, lab review, and a personalized report and action plan

  • Follow-up consultation $147

    45 minutes. Review your progress, talk through concerns, update your plan

  • Lab review only $127

    45 minutes. An in-depth walkthrough of your lab results, explained in plain language

  • Medication review $197

    60 minutes. A review of your current medications and a plan, with any changes coordinated with your prescriber

Services may include lab evaluation, education, supplement guidance and prescribing when medically appropriate, as determined by your provider.

After your first visit
